We verify actual Terraform/CDK code for best practices, modularity, and error handling.
Client Communication
AI simulated clients test the candidate's ability to gather requirements and push back on bad ideas.
Trade-off Defense
Candidates must justify their choices (e.g. Fargate vs EC2) against cost & security constraints.
The Vetting Protocol
Automated Verification
We link directly to GitHub/GitLab to verify commit history. Our AI checks IaC templates for security groups, IAM least-privilege, and best practices.
System Design Defense
Candidates describe their topology. We score their ability to explain why they chose a specific service over another (e.g. Fargate vs EC2).
Manual Review
For "Verified" badge status, a Senior Principal Engineer from our network manually reviews the submission for maintainability and scalability.
The Hiring Success Guarantee
We are so confident in our simulation-based vetting that we put our money on the line.
- If a candidate leaves within 90 days, we credit 100% of the placement fee.
- If they fail a technical probation KPI within 30 days, we refund 50%.
